FAQ

  • What are your business hours?

We live in Sole Ruju so we are nearly all the time there. A beekeeper needs to be close to its bees all the time, so don't worry, if you want to visit us we are alway there very happy to meet visitors!

  • Can I subscribe to your products?

Of coruse you can. We even prefer a subscription because we prefer to organize our logistics months ahear. Our products are quite rare so having a pre-order will allow you to have a guarantee over the delivery.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all type of payments

  • Can I get a full refund?

Of course you can but this case happens only upon rupture of the glass jars during delivery: it this happens, our customers normally prefer a new delivery and this is what we normally do.

  • Do you have any branches in different locations?

For the time being we have many places where we locate our beehives but we have only one headquarter in Olbia where we organize also direct selling and touristic visits.

  • How your production differs from common production?

We are a local small producer so we don't have an industrial approach to beekeeping and we work with few  beehives compared to the conventional methods. In our production method we can manage maximum 200 beehives per beekeeper and this means fewer production than industrial methods.

We never use chemicals to treat bees but unfortunately today is not possible to not treat bees againsta Varroa Destructor. The only product we use is an organic acid called oxalic acid, that disappears from bees after one week. This is the most efficient organic product that can be used to fight this parassite nowadays.

Furthermore we never use artificial feeding for our bees, this means that they only eat pollen and nectar from wild flowers.

Finally, we select the places where to bring our beehives far away from any not organic field to avoid pesticides.

  • Can we help the community?

Yes you can! and the easiest way is buiyng our products and spreading the word with your neighboroud about the quality of our honeys.

Having stable clients would help us to increase ower production and add more beekeepers to our project.

You can also help coming to visit us and seeing how we work and listening directly from our beekpeepers about our life with bees.
