Aromatherapy and apisound

An innovative way to take care of your body

What is apiaromatherapy

Propolis, honey and wax contain essential oils, terpenic compounds, resins and other volatile substances which give the typical smell to the hive. These inspired substances can perform a beneficial action on the entire respiratory system according to the principles of AROMATHERAPY, a therapeutic treatment based on natural volatile molecules administered by air.

The volatile compounds are rapidly absorbed by the respiratory mucous membranes and, in addition to acting locally, enter the blood stream without undergoing transformations. They therefore have a more rapid effect compared to medicines administered orally which must instead undergo various modifications in the digestive system and liver, before being absorbed and therefore exerting their effect. The absorption of volatile substances through the mucous membranes is favored by the small size of these molecules which can also reach extracellular fluids through the blood and lymph.

Results of aromatherapy

With aromatherapy results can be obtained both physically and emotionally during the same treatment, in fact the volatile substances stimulate the cells of smell whose messages reach the limbic system of the brain which in turn regulates the autonomic nervous system by managing emotions and behavior. These substances can favorably influence mood and physiological functions regulated by the autonomic nervous system.

Apisound

Pink Noise is a sound similar to what once could be heard when the television was not tuned to a channel occupied by a broadcast. This type of sound is everywhere in nature and in complex phenomena such as statistical ones. From the beating of the heart to flowing water or the wind blowing through the leaves of a tree, this sound includes a spectrum of frequencies inherent to humans and such that they can improve sleep and other areas of human health, promoting relaxation.

Recent research and published studies have shown that the buzzing of bees can have very different frequencies depending on the health, age and what the bees want to communicate and this sound is also considered a Pink Noise

Aromatherapy space

We have built a wooden exhagon to bring our customers in an environment that reminds the cells of the bees.

Exhagons are the most perfect shapes in nature because they allow not to waste space and keep the honeycombs as efficient as possible.
